• Avoid dry rotation and overload during operation, prevent air inhalation and excessive suction vacuum, so as to avoid wear of vanes, rotors and oil distribution plates[3].
• The pump has a specified rotation direction (clockwise when viewed from the shaft end as standard); reverse rotation is strictly prohibited, which will change the suction and discharge direction and damage internal components. • When starting the pump initially or after long-term shutdown, an air release valve should be installed on the discharge side to release air; it is recommended to perform intermittent operation under no-load conditions to ensure sufficient lubrication.
