4. Installation & Operation Requirements

  • The pump adopts foot-mounted installation, and the installation surface should be flat and firm to avoid vibration during operation, which may affect the service life of the pump.
  • When using steel pipes for the suction or discharge ports, avoid excessive load from the pipeline on the pump to prevent abnormal noise.
  • The recommended hydraulic oil should meet the viscosity and temperature requirements, and the oil cleanliness should be maintained at NAS 8 level or above to prevent impurities from damaging the variable mechanism and sealing components.
  • At the time of shipment, the pump is preset to the maximum displacement and minimum discharge pressure; the flow can be adjusted by turning the flow adjustment screw (clockwise rotation reduces the displacement).

5. Maintenance & Attention

  • Check the wear of sealing components every 500 hours, and replace the hydraulic oil and oil filter every 2000 hours to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
  • Regularly monitor oil level, oil temperature, system pressure, vibration and noise; if abnormalities are found, stop the machine for inspection in time to avoid further damage.
  • The maximum peak pressure should not be used for a long time; it is recommended that the single continuous use time does not exceed 10 seconds, and the cumulative use time accounts for no more than 5% of the total operating time.
