Control Mode: Pressure-compensated variable control with optimized adjustment structure (Model 01AS), which can automatically reduce displacement when the system pressure reaches the set value, maintain stable system pressure, and the optimized AS structure enhances pressure control accuracy and operation reliability under heavy-duty conditions.

Pressure Adjustment: The pressure compensation range is 1.2-16 MPa; turning the pressure adjustment screw clockwise increases the set pressure, and the adjustment accuracy is ±0.25 MPa, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual working pressure requirements of large hydraulic systems.

Flow Adjustment: Realized through pressure compensation control; the minimum adjustable flow is 11.6 cm³/rev, and the flow adjustment response time is ≤50ms, which can quickly adapt to the pressure and flow changes of large-sized hydraulic systems.
4. Installation and Piping Requirements

Mounting Type: Foot mounting (Model L), the mounting base should be kept flat, firm and load-bearing; the mounting bolts should be evenly tightened, and it is recommended to use shock-absorbing pads to reduce vibration and noise during the pump’s heavy-duty operation.

Shaft Alignment: It is recommended to use a heavy-duty flexible coupling to avoid bending or thrust stress on the shaft; the maximum permissible misalignment is less than 0.15 mm TIR, and the maximum permissible misangular is less than 0.2°.

Piping Specifications: The inner diameter of the suction port pipe should be not less than 32 mm (1.25 inches) to ensure sufficient oil supply for large displacement; the length of the drain pipe should be less than 1.2 m, and the pipe end should be submerged in oil; the pressure in the pump housing should be maintained at a normal pressure of less than 0.1 MPa and a surge pressure of less than 0.5 MPa.
