6. Safety & Usage Notes

  • When setting the pressure, ensure that the full cut-off pressure does not exceed the maximum intermittent pressure (28 MPa).
  • If the pump is operated above the rated pressure (25 MPa), the operating conditions are restricted: the intermittent time at maximum flow should not exceed 1/5 of one cycle time and 6 seconds simultaneously.
  • Avoid applying bending or radial loads to the pump shaft; the TIR of the drive shaft should not exceed 0.1 mm, and the angle deviation should not exceed 0.2°.
  • Ensure complete air bleeding of the pump and pipeline to avoid vibration caused by air entrapment.
  • When the pump is installed above the oil level, a foot valve should be installed in the suction pipeline, and the height from the suction port to the oil level should not exceed 1 m.
