General Introduction

GP3 series are fixed-displacement external gear pumps with axial clearance compensation and balanced bushing structure.

  • Standard version max continuous pressure: 250 bar
  • H high-pressure version peak pressure up to 310 bar
  • Displacement range: 20.7～87.6 cm³/rev
  • Rotation: clockwise / counter-clockwise optional
  • Mounting: 4-bolt rectangular flange
  • Recommended hydraulic oil viscosity: 25～100 cSt
  • Operating temperature: -15～+80℃

Notes

  1. F = Flange port; B = Threaded port; 95/97: different shaft versions; 20N/10N: seal & version variant.
    R=Clockwise, L=Counter-clockwise (viewed from shaft end).
  2. H high-pressure version with suffix H, peak pressure up to 310 bar, continuous pressure 250 bar, heavier pump body than standard version.
  3. GP3 can be assembled as tandem pumps (GP3+GP3 / GP1+GP3 / GP2+GP3), widely used in construction machinery, sanitation vehicles and large hydraulic power unit multi-circuit systems.
  4. Flow data is theoretical flow at 1500 rpm. Actual delivery flow shall deduct volumetric efficiency loss.
  5. No additional radial or axial external load is allowed on pump shaft.
