Pressure Conversion: The maximum pressure of 35.0 MPa is equivalent to 350 kgf/cm², which ensures the pump’s excellent high-pressure resistance in heavy-duty working scenarios.

Control Types: The A3H series supports multiple control systems, including “01” pressure compensator type, “09” constant power control type, and “14” load sensing type; detailed parameters for each control type can be consulted with YUKEN.

Efficiency: Under the condition of 350 kgf/cm² (35.0 MPa) pressure and 1800 rpm shaft speed, the volumetric efficiency of the A3H series can reach 95% or above, and the overall efficiency can reach 90% or above.

Hydraulic Oil Requirements: Recommended hydraulic oils are petroleum-based anti-wear hydraulic oils or R&O (rust and oxidation inhibitor) hydraulic oils with ISO VG 32 or 46, and the viscosity range should be 20 to 400 cst at 0-60°C.

Permissible Suction Pressure: The suction port pressure of the pump should be between -0.16 and +0.5 kgf/cm² (-127 mmHg ~ +0.5 kgf/cm²); if the speed exceeds 1800 rpm, adjust the suction pressure to 0 to +0.5 kgf/cm².

Pressure Adjustment Range: For models A3H16, A3H37, and A3H56 (01 type), the adjustable pressure range is 5.5 MPa (55 kgf/cm²); for A3H71, A3H100, and A3H145 (01 type), it is 6.3 MPa (63 kgf/cm²); for A3H180 (01 type), it is 5.7 MPa (57 kgf/cm²).

Drain Piping Size: For models A3H16 and A3H37, the recommended drain pipe inner diameter is 12 mm or more (1/2”); for A3H56, A3H71, A3H100, A3H145, and A3H180, it is 19 mm or more (3/4”).

Mounting: The pump can be installed in flange type or foot type; ensure the “filling port” is at the top during installation to avoid air accumulation.

Temperature Range: When using petroleum-based hydraulic oil, the normal operating temperature range is -5°C to 75°C; for special hydraulic oils (such as water-glycol or phosphate ester), the temperature range may vary.
