Description

1. Product Overview

The JHP2 series gear pump is a new-generation dual联 (tandem) high-pressure hydraulic gear pump independently developed for multi-action hydraulic systems. It takes “efficient coordination and stable reliability” as its core advantages, featuring advanced tandem structure design and high-quality wear-resistant materials. As a cost-effective alternative to imported products, it delivers independent control of main and auxiliary oil circuits, providing powerful and precise power support for complex working conditions. Belonging to the external meshing positive displacement gear pump category, it boasts excellent impact resistance, low noise, strong anti-pollution capacity, compact size, light weight and long service life.

2. Structural Features

  • Independent Oil Circuit Design: The main and auxiliary pump oil passages are completely separated, with a built-in check valve to prevent oil circuit crosstalk. The main pump provides high-flow and high-pressure oil for working devices, while the auxiliary pump is dedicated to controlling auxiliary systems such as steering and braking, achieving the dual effect of “strong load capacity and precise light-load control”.
  • Enhanced Sealing & Bearing System: Adopting DU bearings combined with double-lip sealing structure, it effectively blocks pollutants in dusty environments such as mines and ports, extending the maintenance cycle to over 2000 hours. The bearing system maintains excellent load-bearing capacity (allowable specific pressure up to 44MPa under proper lubrication) and low friction coefficient.
  • Optimized Gear Profile: Equipped with involute cycloidal straight teeth, the gear profile is precision machined to reduce flow pulsation and operating noise. The optimized meshing clearance minimizes internal leakage, improving volumetric efficiency and ensuring smooth oil delivery even during compound actions.
  • High-Strength Pump Body: The pump body is made of high-strength wear-resistant nodular cast iron, which can withstand high-pressure impact loads in complex working conditions, avoiding cracks and deformation, and ensuring stable operation in harsh environments.

4. Applications

The JHP2  gear pump is widely applicable to hydraulic systems of multi-action machinery, including but not limited to:
  • Construction machinery: 5-8 ton wheel loaders (lifting + steering systems)
  • Lifting and transportation equipment: 16-25 ton truck cranes (luffing + slewing mechanisms)
  • Environmental sanitation equipment: Large-scale garbage compression trucks (compression + lifting devices)
  • Mining machinery: Mine mucking loaders (conveying + traveling hydraulic systems)

5. Operational & Customization Notes

  • The coaxiality error between the pump shaft and power source shall be ≤0.1mm to avoid bearing wear caused by excessive radial force. The diameter of the oil inlet pipe shall not be less than 32mm, and the oil suction height shall be controlled within 500mm to ensure smooth oil suction.
  • Fill the pump with hydraulic oil before the first start-up, and put it into operation after exhausting air. It is recommended to match with a 10μm precision return oil filter to extend the service life.
  • Displacement combination, flange type, shaft end form and oil port size can be customized according to customer requirements (MOQ: 5 units for logo/packaging customization).
  • Warranty: 6 months for non-human damage; 1-year warranty available for customized orders. The maintenance cycle can reach over 2000 hours in harsh environments.

Shipping & Delivery

Process steps:
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
Implement the letter of credit (if applicable): If the payment method of the letter of credit is used, the customer needs to be urged to issue the certificate and review the contents of the letter of credit.
Export stocking: According to the requirements of the contract and the letter of credit, arrange production, purchase raw materials and packaging, and prepare the goods.
Chartering and booking: Contact the freight forwarder to make a booking and arrange the transportation of goods.
Export inspection: Apply to the quality inspection department for export commodity inspection and provide relevant documents.
Apply for a write-off slip: apply for a write-off slip from the foreign exchange management department for subsequent foreign exchange write-off.
Export declaration: Declare exports to the customs and provide documents such as power of attorney for customs declaration, customs declaration form for export goods, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.
