3. General Technical Notes

Gear & Bearing: Equipped with 14-tooth precision ground gears and integral floating bushings, matched with high-load DU anti-friction bearings for dual axial and radial compensation. This design effectively reduces gear wear and internal leakage, ensures stable transmission under heavy load and high pressure, maintains low noise (≤75dB) during long-term operation, and guarantees high volumetric efficiency across the entire pressure and speed range.

Sealing: Adopts reinforced double mechanical shaft seal with carbon-graphite and ceramic mating faces, effectively preventing oil leakage under high pressure, high speed and harsh working conditions. The standard configuration is nitrile rubber seals; Viton seals are optional for high-temperature working environments (-20°C to 120°C), and PTFE seals are available for corrosive fluid scenarios, meeting diverse application needs.

Fluid & Temperature: Recommended hydraulic fluid is anti-wear mineral hydraulic oil (ISO VG 32-68); the minimum operating fluid viscosity is 10 mm²/sec, and the optimal viscosity range is 20-60 mm²/sec. The standard operating temperature is -25°C to 90°C (with nitrile seals); it is recommended to maintain fluid cleanliness at ISO 4406 16/14/11 or better, and install a high-efficiency filter to extend the service life of the pump and hydraulic system.

Installation & Customization: Flanges, shafts and ports are designed in line with major international standards (SAE J518, ISO 6162, DIN 24340), supporting straight key, spline or tapered shaft configurations for easy installation and replacement with other brands. Customization options include rear covers with built-in relief valves, anti-cavitation valves, bearing supports, bidirectional rotation, and multi-stage pump combinations to meet specific industrial and mobile application requirements.

Process steps：
Customer inquiry: Customers will make inquiries before placing an order to understand product details and communication needs.
Quotation: According to customer needs, provide a formal quotation, including the name, model, quantity, delivery time, payment method, etc. of the goods.
Order confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, a formal purchase order will be placed.
Confirm the delivery time: communicate the delivery time with the production department, inform the factory of the order details, and arrange the production plan.
Sign an export contract: After the two parties confirm that it is correct, sign an export contract to establish a trade relationship.
Implement the letter of credit (if applicable): If the payment method of the letter of credit is used, the customer needs to be urged to issue the certificate and review the contents of the letter of credit.
Export stocking: According to the requirements of the contract and the letter of credit, arrange production, purchase raw materials and packaging, and prepare the goods.
Chartering and booking: Contact the freight forwarder to make a booking and arrange the transportation of goods.
Export inspection: Apply to the quality inspection department for export commodity inspection and provide relevant documents.
Apply for a write-off slip: apply for a write-off slip from the foreign exchange management department for subsequent foreign exchange write-off.
Export declaration: Declare exports to the customs and provide documents such as power of attorney for customs declaration, customs declaration form for export goods, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.
