5. Important Notes for Nachi VDC-2A-1A4 & VDC-2B-1A4

The thrust screw and stopper are precision-adjusted at the factory during assembly; do not touch or adjust them arbitrarily to avoid performance failure.

An unload circuit is required when the motor is started under Y-delta condition; consult the Nachi agent for detailed unload circuit design.

Before initial operation, put the pump discharge side into a no-load state, start and stop the motor repeatedly to bleed air, then run no-load for at least 10 minutes to ensure stable operation.

The back pressure of the drain pipe due to pipe resistance should not exceed 0.1 MPa (14 psi); the drain pipe must be directly connected to below the tank fluid level to avoid oil leakage or pressure buildup.

Use ISO VG32 oil for pressures ≤7 MPa and ISO VG68 oil for pressures >7 MPa, ensuring oil viscosity index is at least 90.
