PV2R2 Series pump Product Introduction
PV2R2 is a medium displacement single-stage fixed low-noise vane pump by Japan YUKEN. Widely used as main/auxiliary pump for hydraulic stations, injection molding and construction machinery. It adopts low-noise stator curve with low pressure pulsation and stable performance. Modular pump cartridge for simple maintenance.

Operation Notes
- Use anti-wear hydraulic oil ≥ NAS 8 grade. Impurities accelerate vane and stator wear.
- Short suction pipe with fewer elbows to reduce vacuum and prevent cavitation, which causes noise and short service life.
- Standard rotation R (clockwise at shaft end). Confirm motor rotation before ordering.
- Original YUKEN and domestic substitute pumps available. Verify flange, shaft diameter and port location during replacement.
- Modular cartridge design; replace pump cartridge directly for maintenance.
Application
Injection molding, die casting, rubber machinery, forging machine tools, large hydraulic stations; used as main pump or large-flow auxiliary pump in construction machinery. Often combined with PV2R1 to form double vane pump PV2R12 for dual independent oil circuits.
