PV2R3 Series Product Introduction
PV2R3 is medium-large displacement single-stage fixed low-noise vane pump of Japan YUKEN. Widely adopted for heavy hydraulic stations, injection, die casting and forging machines. Low-noise stator profile for smooth operation and low pressure ripple. Modular pump cartridge for easy service.

Operation Notes
- VG46 anti-wear hydraulic oil ≥ NAS8. Large displacement pump is sensitive to oil contamination; impurities rapidly wear vanes and stator.
- Enlarge & shorten suction pipeline, reduce elbows to control suction vacuum and avoid cavitation, which increases noise and shortens pump service life.
- Standard rotation R (clockwise at shaft end). Confirm motor rotation before order.
- Original YUKEN and domestic alternatives available. Check flange, shaft diameter, port position and displacement for replacement.
- Modular cartridge design. Replace pump cartridge directly for on-site maintenance, cutting downtime.
Application
Large injection molding, die casting, forging machine tools, heavy hydraulic stations; medium-large flow main pump for construction machinery. Combined with PV2R1/PV2R2 as double vane pump PV2R13 / PV2R23 for dual independent oil supply.
