YUKEN vane pumps are divided into three core series: PV2R high-pressure fixed displacement vane pump, SVP/SVPF variable displacement vane pump, 50T/150T low-pressure fixed displacement vane pump. This manual covers core performance parameters, structural dimensions and operating specifications for full model selection and on-site application.

1. General Universal Parameters (Applicable to All YUKEN Vane Pumps)

  1. Displacement (cc/rev): Oil output per shaft revolution; the number in pump model represents nominal displacement
  2. Rated Pressure (MPa): Maximum continuous working pressure for long-term stable operation
  3. Peak Instantaneous Pressure (MPa): Maximum allowable short-term impact pressure
  4. Max / Min Stable Speed (r/min): Permissible operating speed range
  5. Compatible Hydraulic Fluid: ISO VG32 / VG46 standard hydraulic oil; special seals for water-glycol and phosphate ester medium
  6. Operating Oil Temperature: 0℃ ~ 60℃
  7. Filtration Precision Requirement: Inlet line ≥100μm; Pressure pipeline ≤20μm
  8. Rotation Direction: R = Clockwise (viewed from shaft end); L = Counter-clockwise
  9. Mounting Type: F = Flange mounting; L = Foot bracket mounting

6. Suffix Code Definition for Full Series Pumps

  1. Special Seal: M = Water-glycol medium seal; P = Fluorine rubber seal for phosphate ester medium
  2. Port Orientation: A/AA/AB/AR stands for outlet port upward / right / left
  3. Shaft Type: Standard key shaft as default; spline shaft for customized model
