PV2R4 Series Product Introduction
PV2R4 is the maximum size single-stage fixed low-noise vane pump of Japan YUKEN PV2R family. Widely used as large-flow main pump for heavy hydraulic stations, large injection/die casting and construction machinery. Low-noise stator profile for stable running and low pressure ripple. Modular pump cartridge for convenient maintenance.
✅ Rated pressure:17.5 MPa, peak pressure 21 MPa; Speed:600～1800 rpm; Recommended fluid: VG46 anti-wear hydraulic oil ≥ NAS8
✅ Mounting: F-flange, L-foot; Rotation: R-clockwise(standard), L-counterclockwise; Standard design No.30
✅ Application: Large injection molding, heavy die casting, forging equipment, ultra-large flow hydraulic stations; combined with PV2R1/PV2R2/PV2R3 as double pump PV2R14 / PV2R24 / PV2R34 for dual independent oil circuits.
