DUPLOMATIC IGP4 Internal Gear Pump
Product Features
IGP4 is a medium-displacement fixed internal gear pump from DUPLOMATIC. It adopts conjugate internal meshing structure with axial and radial pressure compensation. It features ultra-low flow pulsation, low noise, high volumetric efficiency and stable oil supply at low speed, with excellent durability under high pressure. It can be assembled as single pump, double pump or triple pump combinations (IGP4+IGP3 / IGP4+IGP4 / IGP4+IGP5).

– Continuous working pressure: 330 bar (small displacement); Model 032 large displacement: 280 bar; Peak pressure: 345 bar
– Max speed: 013:3600rpm; 016:3400rpm; 020:3200rpm; 025:3000rpm; 032:2800rpm; Minimum working speed: 400 rpm
– Mounting flange: SAE J744 (ISO3019-1) standard flange; Port: SAE J518 flange type oil port
– Recommended hydraulic medium: Mineral hydraulic oil, viscosity 25～100 cSt; Oil temperature: -20～+90℃
– Seals: 11N=NBR nitrile rubber; 11W=FKM fluoroelastomer, suitable for high temperature and fire-resistant hydraulic fluid applications

Applications
Servo injection molding machines, die-casting machines, hydraulic oil presses, bending & shearing machine tools, rubber extruders, large hydraulic power stations. Suitable for hydraulic systems requiring low noise, high pressure and servo energy-saving. Can be used as main pump or multi-combined pump for oil supply.

1. R=Clockwise, L=Counter-clockwise (viewed from shaft end); 05 = standard shaft extension, 01 = alternative shaft type; 11N/10N = NBR nitrile seal; 11W=FKM fluoroelastomer seal, high temperature resistant, compatible with fire-resistant hydraulic fluids.
2. Flow value is theoretical flow at 1500 rpm; IGP internal gear pumps have much higher volumetric efficiency than GP external gear pumps, stable output flow at low speed.
3. IGP4 can be combined as multi-stage pumps, can be connected in series with IGP3/IGP5 to supply independent oil for multiple circuits, widely used in servo hydraulic systems.
4. Avoid external radial and axial loads on pump shaft; elastic coupling is recommended for driving.
