PV2R34 Series: The minimum suction pressure is related to the shaft speed and displacement. For petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, the minimum suction pressure is -20 kPa when the shaft speed is less than 1700 r/min, and 0 kPa when the shaft speed is 1700 – 1800 r/min for models with large-volume pump displacement of 116 cm³/rev.

4.2 Hydraulic Fluid Requirements

Recommended hydraulic fluid: Petroleum-based oils, water-containing fluids (water-glycols, water-in-oil emulsions), or phosphate esters (special seals required for phosphate esters).

Maximum viscosity: 200 mm²/s (910 SSU) at a shaft speed of 950 r/min; 100 mm²/s (455 SSU) at a shaft speed of 600 r/min (applicable to both series).

4.3 Pipe Connection Specifications

PV2R34 Series: The pipe connection types include RC threaded connection (Type A), socket welding (Type B), and butt welding (Type C). The suction port specification is F5-32-A-10 (or F5-32-B-10, F5-32-C-10 based on connection type).

PV2R4A Series: The pump does not include pipe flange components; the specific flange component number is the same as that of PV2R4 single pumps, and detailed specifications can be found in the official product manual. The discharge port diameter is φ36, and the suction port diameter is φ76.
