1. Model Naming Rules

2. Single Vane Pump (SQP1/SQP2/SQP3/SQP4)

2.1 Basic Series

  • SQP1: Mini specification, maximum pressure 14MPa, displacement range 2-14cm³/rev
  • SQP2: Small specification, maximum pressure 17.5MPa, displacement range 10-21cm³/rev
  • SQP3: Medium specification, maximum pressure 17.5MPa, displacement range 17-38cm³/rev
  • SQP4: Large specification, maximum pressure 17.5MPa, displacement range 45-66cm³/rev

3. Double Vane Pump (SQP21/SQP31/SQP32/SQP41/SQP42/SQP43)

3.1 Basic Series

  • SQP21: Dual pump with both stages of SQP2 specification
  • SQP31: First stage SQP3, second stage SQP1
  • SQP32: First stage SQP3, second stage SQP2
  • SQP41: First stage SQP4, second stage SQP1
  • SQP42: First stage SQP4, second stage SQP2
  • SQP43: First stage SQP4, second stage SQP3

3.2 Displacement Combination Rules

  • First stage (shaft side) displacement code: SQP2*=10-21, SQP3*=17-38, SQP4*=45-66
  • Second stage (cover side) displacement code: SQP*1=2-14, SQP*2=10-21, SQP*3=17-38

3.3 Model Examples

  • SQP21-17-14-1CC-18 (Double pump, shaft side 17cm³/rev, cover side 14cm³/rev, standard shaft, CC-type oil outlet)

4. Triple Vane Pump (SQP211/SQP311/SQP321/SQP421/SQP431/SQP432)

4.1 Basic Series

  • SQP211: Triple pump with all stages of SQP2 specification
  • SQP311: First stage SQP3, second and third stage SQP1
  • SQP321: First stage SQP3, second stage SQP2, third stage SQP1
  • SQP421: First stage SQP4, second stage SQP2, third stage SQP1
  • SQP431: First stage SQP4, second stage SQP3, third stage SQP1
  • SQP432: First stage SQP4, second stage SQP3, third stage SQP2

4.2 Displacement Combination Rules

  • First stage (shaft side): SQP2**=10-21, SQP3**=17-38, SQP4**=45-66
  • Second stage: SQP*1*=2-14, SQP*2*=10-21, SQP*3*=17-38
  • Third stage (cover side): SQP**1=2-14, SQP**2=10-21, SQP**3=17-38
