I. Product Overview
The YUKEN PV2R series is a high-pressure, high-performance fixed-displacement single vane pump specially developed by Yuken Kogyo of Japan for low-noise working conditions. It covers a displacement range of 5.8~237 cm³/rev and adopts a chuck-type assembly structure, allowing integral replacement of core components for convenient maintenance. It is widely suitable for industrial hydraulic equipment such as injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, bending machines, and die-casting machines.

IV. Structural Features

Low-Noise Design: Adopts high-order equation stator curve to optimize vane movement trajectory, reduce pressure pulsation, and the noise is only 45~70 dB (A) under test conditions.

Chuck-Type Assembly: Rotor, vane, stator and valve plate are integrated into one body, which can be disassembled and replaced as a whole without disassembling the pump body and pipeline, greatly shortening the maintenance downtime.

High-Pressure Stability: Double-acting vane structure, optimized pressure balance, precision machining of stator curve, uniform contact stress, and maximum pressure up to 21 MPa.

Wide Flow Coverage: Displacement ranges from 5.8~237 cm³/rev, suitable for small, medium, large and extra-large displacement requirements.

2. Installation Notes
-
The coaxiality error between the pump shaft and the drive shaft shall be ≤0.1 mm, and the angle error shall be ≤0.5°.
-
The oil suction pipeline shall be short and thick, with fewer elbows to reduce oil suction resistance and avoid cavitation.
-
Reserve maintenance space at the installation position to facilitate oil inspection and component replacement.
3. Maintenance Points
-
Regular Oil Change: Change the oil every 2000~4000 hours. It is recommended to use anti-wear hydraulic oil with viscosity ISO VG32~VG46, and control the oil temperature at 10~60℃ (optimal 20~50℃).

Filter Maintenance: Regularly clean/replace the oil suction and return filters to keep the oil clean (contamination level ≤NAS 8).

Seal Inspection: Regularly check the shaft seals and O-rings, and replace them in time if there is leakage to avoid oil loss and contamination.

Chuck Replacement: When the pressure drops, noise increases or internal leakage exceeds the standard, replace the chuck assembly as a whole to quickly restore performance.

Bearing Inspection: In case of abnormal vibration/noise, check the bearing wear and replace it with the appropriate model in time (e.g., 6004 for PV2R1, 6209 for PV2R4).
