KP20/KP30/KP35/KP40 Gear Pumps Technical Specifications
KP series: Two-piece cast iron high-pressure gear pumps (can also be used as motors). Max peak pressure up to 330 bar, fitted with external sliding bearings, designed for heavy-duty hydraulics in mobile machinery.

💡 Selection Notes
- Continuous Pressure: Long-term operating pressure, the reference basis for system selection; Peak Pressure: Allowable for short-duration shock loads, not for continuous operation
- As displacement increases, allowable continuous pressure and maximum speed decrease accordingly
- KP35 is compact version. Shorter installation length than KP30 at the same displacement, ideal for machinery with limited mounting space
- KP40 Plus reinforced version with upgraded materials and higher shock resistance, for extreme working conditions such as mining and heavy-duty tippers.
