Advantages of CASAPPA KAPPA KP Series Gear Pumps
The CASAPPA KAPPA KP series are two-piece cast iron high-pressure gear pumps designed for heavy-duty mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. They deliver outstanding reliability under harsh operating conditions and offer the following key advantages:
- High-pressure heavy-duty cast iron structure Adopting EN-GJL300 high-strength cast iron housing, the two-piece split construction provides excellent mechanical rigidity and strong resistance to vibration and impact. It outperforms aluminum alloy pumps in rugged working environments. The peak pressure can reach up to 330 bar, supporting stable continuous high-pressure operation.
- High efficiency and long service life Precision-machined carburized hardened gear pairs and nitrided ductile iron side plates minimize internal leakage. Equipped with externally supported multi-component sliding bearings, the pump can withstand large radial loads, reduce wear and extend service life while maintaining good volumetric efficiency.
- Low noise & stable operation Optimized gear profile design smooths fluid pulsation. Together with high-performance sliding bearings, the pump achieves low noise and low vibration during continuous running.
- Strong modularity & flexible configuration The KP series supports multi-combination tandem pumps. Different groups such as KP20, KP30, KP35 and KP40 can be assembled as multi-stage pumps sharing one suction port. Multiple built-in integrated valves are optional, including relief valves, anti-cavitation valves, load-sensing priority valves and solenoid bypass valves to save hydraulic installation space.
- Wide selection range and flexible installation A full lineup of displacement options from small to large covers auxiliary hydraulic circuits and main power circuits. Multiple mounting flanges (SAE / European 4-hole), shaft types, oil port layouts and rotation directions (CW / CCW) are available to match global host equipment standards. The KP35 compact variant provides shorter installation length for space-restricted applications.
- Good adaptability to working media and temperature Standard seals work within -20℃ ~ +80℃. FKM fluororubber seals are optional for high-temperature environments or biodegradable hydraulic oil. It can adapt to various hydraulic fluids commonly used in construction machinery, special vehicles and agricultural equipment.
- Wide application versatility Suitable for construction machinery, forklifts, aerial work platforms, sanitation trucks, dumpers, agricultural machinery and mining auxiliary equipment. It can serve as both main hydraulic pumps and auxiliary pumps.
