Tokimec SQP Vane Pump Series Model and Parameter Overview

Tokimec (Tokyo Keiki) SQP series is a low-noise fixed cartridge vane pump, available in three structural types: single-stage, double-stage and triple-stage. 7. Selection Guidelines

  1. Displacement Selection: Calculate the required displacement according to system flow demand and rotating speed (Displacement = Flow ÷ Rotating Speed)
  2. Pressure Matching: The system working pressure shall be lower than the rated pressure (14.0 MPa), and the peak pressure shall not exceed the maximum pressure (17.5 MPa)
  3. Structural Type: Single-stage pumps apply to single-circuit systems; double-stage and triple-stage pumps apply to multi-circuit systems
